As a community organizer and educator

for 30 years (with as long a passion for personal growth and healing), I've written articles, talks, websites, publicity, videos, workshops, and more--all while dreaming up books.

At last, that pent-up author energy burst into a pile of book projects. More ideas are in the wings, hoping for their turn to come alive. (See also FAQs)

For me, books have always been powerful magic.

I'm also a speaker, performing poet, energy medicine educator, and practitioner of clinical EFT Tapping and Eden Energy Medicine. (See sighofrelief.life).

I live mainly in rural NY in the lovely Finger Lakes area. Among other obsessions, I am a (health)foodie, love to cook, kayak, and paint, and am building my next (tiny) home inside a (large) van. ;)
